Job Purpose:
Creates user information solutions by developing, implementing, and maintaining Java based components and interfaces.
| Complete Description: Determines specifications, then plans, designs, and develops the most complex and business critical software solutions, utilizing appropriate software development methodologies either individually or as part of a project team. Provide design recommendations based on long-term IT organization strategy. Develop browser-based applications and custom integration solutions. Provide expertise regarding the integration of applications across the business. Act as a team leader as related to the Systems Life Cycle. Develops programming and development standards.
