Cornerstone Consulting Group, a specialized financial planning firm based in Akron, Ohio that works exclusively with high net worth business owners, is seeking to hire two entry level associates for its St. Louis Office. 

This is not a traditional entry level position in the financial services industry where a firm hires a dozen or more recent graduates and hopes one makes it past six months.  This firm is planning to only hire two candidates and the selection process will be extremely competitive.  The selected candidates will be trained directly by the firm’s senior Principal, and report directly to him.  The firm’s Principal has been nationally recognized as a leader and pioneer in the high net worth planning space.   

Current starting salary will be $30,000 - $40,000 with full medical and 2013 anticipated annual income (including commissions) should be approximately $80,000 - $150,000.  This is job is primarily a marketing position and all candidates should anticipate that 90% of hours should be dedicated to marketing activities.  All hired candidates will also be expected to obtain their securities license (series 7 & 66) as well as the state required life insurance license.  Please send your resume to cbellon@cornerstoneconsultinggroup.net rather than sending your resume through Monster.
