A local manufacturing company is seeking an individual to join our team as a Jr. Inside Sales Representative. In this position you will be responsible for increasing sales of the organizations products and services. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proven Inside Sales Representative who has excellent judgment, problem solving skills, and a winning desire to succeed. You will be responsible for maintaining high client service levels though outbound calls utilizing the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism to increase sales volume.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for making cold calls to distributors (70 calls per day).
- Aggressively outbound prospect, identify and qualify new project opportunities using our existing database.
- Grow client business by up selling, recommending add-on, or complementary products.
- Follow up on quotes sent, sales packets shipped and samples ordered.
- Recommending products and services appropriate to a client to meet their marketing and imprinting goals.
- Work with prospect initiated from lead generation activities such as tradeshows, marketing campaigns, and incoming phone and web leads.
- Maintain an accurate record of call results in our database for effective follow-up and long-term relationships.
- Closing the sale and create an accurate and complete order using the software.
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Desired Skills
- Any similar combination of education and experience.
- Inside or outside; Inside telephone sales experience a plus.
- Ability to speak Spanish a major plus.
