E/M Technician to assemble and test multiple sub-assemblies and complete systems, using hand tools, power tools, fixtures and templates. Analyze and record test results, and prepare written testing documentation identifying possible test escapes and improvements. Read schematics, diagrams, and technical documents to determine methods and sequences of assembly and test. Repair, rework, and calibrate electro-mechanical assemblies and systems to meet operational specifications and tolerances. Test performance of electromechanical assemblies, using test instruments such as oscilloscopes, digital meters, and other test equipment. Any knowledge of optical components and cameras a plus. Practical knowledge of MS office including Word and Excel. Knowledge of circuit boards, processors, chips, electronic equipment, and computer hardware and software, including applications.
