Jr. Network Support Analyst

About the Job

Job Summary:

 

The Jr. Network Support Analyst's responsibilities include but are not limited to; installing, maintaining, and monitoring systems related hardware and software.

 

Primary Responsibilities/Objectives:

 

·         Workstation/Laptop/Printer installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting

·         Workstation/Printer relocation

·         Workstation Image creation and maintenance

·         Software Package creation and deployment

·         Server configuration, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting

·         Active Directory Users and Computers Management

·         Antivirus and patch management

·         Monitor helpdesk queues, process tickets, and interface with users in fixing issues

·         Basic Network Troubleshooting

·         Manage Data Protection Managers(DPM)  scans, issues, and requests

·         Processes Service Desk tickets for the Network Support team

·         Monitor Backups

·         File Server administration and permissions

·         Assist with communication between other IT teams

·         Diagnose phone/VoIP issues
