Highmark Companies is looking to add to our team again! We have an immediate opening for a Jr EDI Implementation Project Manager in Burlington, North Carolina. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to make IT Project Management a long-term career goal and get in on the ground floor as a Junior Project Manager.
As part of the EDI team, you will provide project coordination between multiple vendors and internal technical staff and will have overall accountability for the successful implementation of these interfaces within our client’s customer’s environment. The team will provide an efficient and accurate interface implementation in the following areas: Available for unidirectional and bi-directional interfaces. Experienced in single site or multi-facility implementations. Interface connectivity testing. Integration testing and validation. Client training in the use of the interface. Post-Live support (two weeks).
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum 3.4 GPA
At least 1 professional job after college.
Through understanding and good working knowledge of MS Office 2003 – Word and Excel.
Oral & written communications - facilitate conference calls/meetings with primary communication by phone or emails; remote installs and troubleshooting; process documentation and improvement; client issue resolution.
Ability to work with clients and vendors with varying technical and communication skills; to foster and promote good customer relations; to facilitate projects, conference calls and meetings.
Innovative with process improvement and development skills background helpful; Ability to work in a fast-paced, open ended team environment; flexibility and adaptability a must; problem solving and results focused; Healthcare background would be helpful.
Client-focused; able to anticipate client needs and offer solutions, able to develop short term problem circumvention if needed; able to troubleshoot problems.
Good organization skills; previous project management experience helpful.
