We are actively seeking a Junior Recruiter to work in our Chambersburg, PA office.
DESCRIPTION:
The Junior Recruiter will use various sources to identify quality talent and support the Human Resources and Recruiting Teams. They will also build relationships with all levels of management and candidates. They will be responsible for supporting the recruiting team in full recruiting life cycle; identifying to placement. We are seeking candidates with a solid background of success. MAJOR DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Responsible for identifying candidates for the recruiting team
* Schedule and coordinate face-to-face and phone interviews for GDC and client hiring managers with candidates
* Work directly with Human Resources Director and Recruiting Manager to perform HR and Recruiting administrative tasks
* Conduct reference checks
* Present skills assessment testing
* Interact with all levels of management within the organization
REQUIREMENTS:
* Must be able to assess technical requirements and have the ability to successfully source candidates; presenting qualified candidates to the recruiting team
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Strong problem solving abilities
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Increased level of business knowledge, must be savvy
* Excellent relationship building, negotiation, and time management skills.
EXPERIENCE:
* Minimum two years of Recruiting or Human Resources experience preferred
* Experience recruiting various types of Information Technology positions; full time and short term contract
EDUCATION:
* Associates Degree or equivalent experience preferred
