Jr. Sales Rep for the Birmingham, AL area.

Summary



 



This position covers the Birmingham, AL
areas.



 



Responsible for assisting Sales Reps within assigned
territory by providing service support to our customers which are:
doctors, hospitals, schools, athletic trainers, physical therapists
and any other related health care / sports medicine customers including
patients.



 



This position is considered an entry level position within
the Sales organization in hopes that this person turns into a future Sales
Rep. 



 





Responsibilities:



  • Provide education on technical and clinical aspects of
    products to customers and patients.
  • Assist Direct Sales Representative with all service tasks
    within assigned territory including administrative support.
  • Provides training to patients while measuring, fitting
    and troubleshooting custom braces.
  • Estimates date of delivery to customers based on knowledge
    of production and delivery schedules.
  • Provide inventory management services to customers,
    including ordering and returning product as needed.
  • Prepares weekly reports on travel/service schedule.
  • Attends local trade shows on an as needed basis.
  • Responsible for taking accountability to demonstrate the
    organization’s Cultural Beliefs and achieving desired results. 

















Requirements:



  • Bachelors degree required, preferably in Kinesiology or
    other related Science field.
  • Requires outside sales / new business
    development experience, preferably business to business sales.
  • Medical or other healthcare background a plus.
  • Must have excellent organizational and time management
    skills.
  • Must have excellent communication and follow through skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation required.
  • Ideally, this candidate will be open to relocating when a
    new Sales Rep position opens up.
