Junior Business Analyst

The Public Sector Healthcare group at CGI Federal is looking for Business Analysts to join our project team. We are looking for a hard working team players who are committed to providing high quality and value add services to our client. Individuals must also be highly collaborative and have familiarity with business functions. Must be able to communicate with team members within all levels of the project team.

Specific responsibilities include:

„X Requirements analysis and documentation
„X Documentation of design specifications
„X Preparation of test plans and test cases
„X Test execution and documentaiton of resutlts
„X Analysis papers
„X Collaborating and communication with other team members on task activities.
„X Proactive communication of status of tasks and raising risks when they arise.
„X Participating in cross-team process improvement initiatives, by adopting any process related changes as they are rolled out

Required skills include:

„X Familiarity with web-development technology, a plus
„X Familiarity with all phases of system development methodology, a plus
„X Ability to work independently with moderate oversight.
„X Communication and relationship skills
„X Experience working in CMMI Level 3 environment, a plus.
„X Experience in healthcare and/or government IT, a plus
„X Experience with Web Content Management technology, a plus
