CSC is currently seeking several Certification and Accreditation Engineers with security testing background to support the United States Air Force in Beavercreek, OH. Come and work with a team of IA professionals inachieving Certification and Accreditation of the Air Force Expeditionary Combat Support System (ECSS). In this role, you will:

Essential Job Functions

• Work with a team of Information Assurance (IA) professionals in achieving Interim Approval to Test, Interim Approval to Operate, and Approval to Operate for the Air Force Expeditionary Combat Support System (ECSS).
• Perform routine IA administrative tasks in accordance with applicable instructions and pre-established guidelines.
• Perform periodic testing to evaluate the security posture of ECSS.
• Assist with the development of system certification and accreditation documentation.
• Track, monitor, and validate the implementation of corrective measures when vulnerabilities are discovered.
• Capture and organize pertinent project knowledge, facilitate the best use of this knowledge and establish flow patterns to share this knowledge with the team and user community.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field preferred
  
• CISSP certification required within one year
  
• Two or more years of computer science, management information systems, or data security experience
  
• Experience working with information and network security practices
  
• Experience working with computer programming
  
• Experience working with computer desktop packages such as Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.
  
• Experience working with operating systems
  
• Experience working with security software packages
  
• Experience working with security architecture
  

• US Citizen, as contract requires
• Must be able to pass and maintain a National Agency Check (NACI)
• Good analytical and problem solving skills for resolving security issues
• Organization skills to balance and prioritize work
• Interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members
• Good communication skills to interact with team members and support personnel
