Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

·         Perform digital project management duties as part of client engagements resulting in corporate Web marketing solutions under direction from the Senior Project Manager.       

·         Aid in project delivery through assisting in coordinating resources and following up on outstanding items

·         Create and assist in the creation of key project documents

·         Interact with internal/external customers and vendors to understand on-going and new project requirements, and clearly articulate them in written form to creative, technical and operations staff

 

Project Management and Delivery:

o       Assist the Senior PM in managing all aspects of solution implementation from inception to deployment.

o       Assist the Senior PM to deliver the project according to design specifications and project plan.

o       Ensure accuracy and completeness of project deliverables.

 

Required Experience, Skills and Education:

·         BS degree; MBA or advanced degree desirable

·         Excellent written and oral communication skills are required

·         General understanding of web site components, and common websites including social networks

·         Experience with corporate Web sites desirable

·         Experience using MS Office required, html/web skills desirable

·         Strong organization skills

·         Strong attention to detail and     quality

·         Self-motivated with minimum supervision required
