- Marketing Associates

General Summary

As a Marketing Associate, your primary function is to marketing and promote Go To Inc. clients through execution of the “Spirited Service" standards. Your primary function is to assists office management in completing the new customer generation and operational functions of the office, and to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with company Policies & Procedures and established Best Practices. The Marketing Associate provides efficient, accurate and “spirited" service.

As a Marketing Associate, you will be expected to:

- Work towards a goal with an emphasis on service quality, customer satisfaction and financial performance.
- Deliver business results.
- Perform a variety of operational activities as assigned by the Office Manager or the Manager on Duty.
- Work well in a team environment, create energy and excitement around shared goals and values, contribute to an environment of trust and respect, act with urgency and integrity, demonstrate flexibility and HAVE FUN!

Qualifications:

Experience required:
Minimum of six months as a Marketing Associate is desired, but not required. Minimum of 6 months Customer Service or Restaurant experience.

Education level:
Minimum high school education or equivalent.

Requirements:
Ability to communicate with customers and office personnel; provide excellent client representation on install an procedure; operate field equipment

Schedule requirements:
Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, which may require travel.
