Sigma Systems is looking for a Junior Technical Recruiter for our Marlborough office.

Expectations, Duties & Outcomes:

• Networks, sources, identifies and recruits the top talent in the marketplace
• Successfully matches candidates to client profiles, creates company profiles and conducts pre-selling of staffing solutions.
• Finds, identifies, pre-screens, presents, interviews, negotiates offers, and bring on board new candidates through new recruiting methods and avenues that best utilized time and resources
• Manages candidate information via web based Applicant Tracking System
• Manages recruiting activities such as scheduling interviews, assisting
  and/or set up of recruiting events and providing assistance to candidates/applicants

Required Skills/Coursework

• Bachelor's Degree in Biology, Chemistry, Microbiology or other scientific discipline.
• Prior experience with recruiting desired but not required.
• Strong internet research and telephone (verbal) communication skills.
• Strong writing and emailing skills.
• Strong work ethic, ability to combine a commitment towards individual goals and the drive to be a strong team player
• Self motivated and persistent with a healthy competitive edge desired.
