Our client, a rapidly expanding pharmaceutical firm headquartered in RTP, North Carolina, is actively recruiting for a sharp, self-motivated, persuasive, persistent sales professional for key role in their Sales division. Role will begin as an Inside Sales rep and transition to Outside Sales (timeframe dependent on performance---most have transferred after 4 months to 1 year). Seek goal-oriented overachiever who seeks to be "top of the class."
Role will involve direct sales to physicians across the U.S. This is a critical component of the company's Sales success and identifying a quality person to fill this need is a top priority at this time. Successful candidate will offer demonstrated success in inside sales with a professional and high expectations customer. Some bkgd in pharmaceutical industry is a plus but will consider candidates with proven aptitude for medical terminology and treatment. BS/BA and minimum 1-2 years in professional sales function are expected.
This position is a direct lead into outside pharmaceutical sales. Tremendous potential for growth and increasing income track. Initial compensation will include a Base in the $40s plus quarterly bonuses equaling first year income in the $60s.
