The plant controller is responsible for overall financial management of the manufacturing plant.


The Plant controller is a key contributor to enable effective and efficient local plant management.


The Plant controller provides financial planning and analysis support to local plant management, and ensures alignment with regional goals and objectives, both financial and operational.  The Plant controller is a financial decision maker at the local manufacturing site.


 


What we offer


Prepare operational budgets for expenses - costcenters (KP, E1, E2 …)
Prepare capital budgets (investments)
Prepare financial analysis to support capital expenditure requests via INVEST II
Ensure that all plant assets are appropriately accounted for and coordinate periodic asset physical inventory
Supporting local and regional managers and teams, by providing and creating transparency in progress against plan through the provision of key measures, and to take an active part in projects that arise to optimize internal processes and the profitability of the business
Support business controlling and General accounting for ad-hoc questions
Review and report monthly financial results & fluctuations in standard costing.
Prepare monthly forecast and analyze actual result vs forecast
Prepare monthly financial reports Prepare ad-hoc financial analysi
Assist with internal audits
Actively participate in local safety & 5S

Qualification:

Who we are looking for


Degree in accounting
Experience 1-5 year
Audit experience helpful
Good motivation skills
Excellent computer skills
Analytical skills
Problem solving ability and critical thinking skills helpful
Ability to prepare ad-hoc financial analysis
Teamplayer
Speaks fluent Dutch & English
