Junior Project Coordinator

AGAM Group, Ltd., (www.agam.com) conveniently located in Elkridge, MD (corner of Rte 100 & Rte 1) is an industry leader who manufactures a Modular Aluminum System for the Display and Tradeshow Industry.  Due to our significant growth locally and internationally, we are looking for a Customer Service Representative.

Responsibilities include developing strong working relationships with new/existing customers, entering sales orders, communicating with customers via fax, phone or e-mail, and to handling all customer related incoming phone traffic.  The ideal candidate will have a BS or a BA with good math skills.  Entry level candidates would be considered but an experience in Business to Business customer service will be a definite plus.

Position Description/Responsibilities:

- Process and track orders for existing customers for all products and services available.

- Interface with Designers and Manufacturing to provide solutions to customer requests.

- Ability to multi-task in an ever changing environment is a must.
