The Process Analyst Sr. shall independently perform analysis and complete the necessary business documentation to support the rationale for implementing and validating complex changes to multiple business processes and applications. The candidate shall independently: · perform in-depth analysis, recommend solutions, and drive decisions from business concept to implementation · prepare a comprehensive list of business documentation to support production changes · be an active and engaged participant throughout all phases of the software development life cycle (SDLC) · maintain a scorecard to evaluate the health of multiple processes and applications · communicate effectively with process owners and key business stakeholders Issue/Event Management: o review new system issues, determine severity of issue, work the issue to resolution, and provide timely updates to management and stakeholders Defect Management: o support ISQA and UAT during testing execution by answering questions and ensuring issues and concerns are addressed o work with the development and testing teams on active defects to ensure comprehensive documentation and a quick/satisfactory resolution Manage New Request Inventory: o work with business partners on new requests. This entails documenting new requests and asking the appropriate questions to assess complexity and possible solutions o develop business requirements and business case for new requests to ensure appropriate prioritization o participate on Supply Chain Teams/Task Forces for potentials system enhancements o maintain prioritization scoring processes as well as prepare for/lead prioritization discussions with process owners and key stakeholders o work with Process Engineers/System Analysts to develop the appropriate solution Implementation Management: o work with training/communication team to ensure end user readiness for all production changes o develop and manage the execution of a Pilot Plan to validate changes in a controlled environment prior to full implementation o develop and manage an Implementation Plan to ensure all changes and timelines are communicated and coordinated prior to implementation o develop and execute a Validation Plan to ensure new changes as well as all processes and applications are functioning properly after implementation o submit, represent, and manage the appropriate Change Management Documentation o work with operational sites and specific units for Pilot and Production Implementation to ensure the application is working correctly Analysis and Design: o Assist Process Engineer and System Analysts on application design and functional documentation. This includes reviewing documentation for accuracy and ensuring that the appropriate traceability has been completed
