The successful candidate will possess experience with the following:

• 3+ years experience in Information Technology field. 
• Knowledge with the industry standard IT infrastucture (web, db, storage, nas, san, server, VMware)
• Strong knowledge and understanding of business needs, with the ability to establish and maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence
• 1+ Years Project Management Experience
• Strong problem solving skills with the ability to detect underlying patterns, identify root causes and design optimal process solutions 
• Ability to troubleshoot and work towards a solution with RTS teams on high priority issues (that includes resolving performance issues and resource conflicts)
• Solid verbal and written communication skills, including documentation (architecture, design and training)
• Strong interpersonal skills
