The Greater Louisville Association of REALTORS® is looking for a part-time employee to fill the position of the KCREA Administrator. The normal hours are from 9:00 am till 1:00pm Monday – Friday.
KCREA Administrator
Job Description:
The KCREA Administrator serves as the liaison for commercial members of the Kentucky Commercial Real Estate Alliance.
Responsibilities:
Provides overall customer service and support to membership:
· Markets and promotes KCREA to increase/retain membership
· Handles inquiries regarding dues structure, membership requirements and the application process
· Processes new member applications and payment of dues
· Provides limited training & technical assistance with use and navigation of the KCREA.com website
· Maintains and updates website content
Provides administrative support to the KCREA Committee:
· Scheduling of quarterly meetings
· Securing guest speakers
· Preparation of agenda, meeting materials and recording of minutes
· Provide administrative support to Committee Chairman and Committee members as needed
Manages vendor relationship:
· Maintain/build relationship with vendor contacts
· Communicates service level expectations
· Provides feedback on website features, performance and enhancements
· Utilizes vendor Help Desk for escalated technical issues
