DESCRIPTION: This position will have the responsibility for managing the overall production process in a large, high-speed bottling facility. This person will manage the production workforce, perform production planning, raw materials management, budget management, employee relations responsibility and manage the data collection system for line efficiency reporting and downtime tracking. Particularly strong team-building skills and process knowledge required in driving manufacturing productivity improvement.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage plant production operations
- Production planning and forecasting.
- Production budget management.
- Ensure that planned production efficiency KPI’s are met or exceeded
- Safety and GMP program management.
- Employee coaching and counseling and performance review
- Continuous production process improvement initiatives.
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 7 years of successful high-speed production management experience in a mid-sized or large high-speed, consumer food or beverage facility.
- Successful experience managing a production workforce in a complex, high-speed production environment where a high sense of production efficiency is an integral part of the work environment.
- 4 year degree in a business or technical discipline from an accredited institution
- Profit and loss experience/responsibility for a cost center.
- Demonstrated career progression / stability.
- Availability for possible future relocation.
- Competency in the use of computer based programs and processes.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
