We are currently seeking a Sales representative for the Kansas City Sales Territory.  The position is oriented towards providing 'solutions' for Orthopaedists and Physical Therapists while maintaining an extensive inventory of medical devices, back office organization and maximizing sales in their assigned territory.


Job Description 


This position will report to the Regional Manager for the and be responsible for:



  • Creating and organized a systematic plan to maximize sales within their assigned territory.
  • Managing an extensive inventory of medical devices to assist themselves in attaining territory goals
  • Educating Surgeons, Physical Therapist and Patients on the most effective use of the devices.
  • Working effectively with multiple clients and their staff to gain required documentation in order to file claims on behalf of their patients.





Essentials



  • Work with RM to achieve quarterly sales goals by implementing corporate strategies.
  • Create unique territory plans to identify targets, maintain current business, prioritize tasks and maximize revenue.
  • Posses a highly mechanical aptitude with the ability to adapt quickly.
  • Communicate effectively to deliver corporate goals, respond to market trends and meet unexpected challenges involved with functioning independently in a fast paced sales environment.





Requirements



  • Reliable transportation
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently
  • Minimum of two years of successful sales experience
  • Strong sales and mechanical aptitude
