Integrated Marketing Communication Key Account Manager - Industrial Adhesives

Summary of Position



Research, create and deliver innovative strategic and tactical campaigns, to drive profitable customer inquiries, lead conversion and retention and to build loyal customer relationships. Support the development and communication of key messages to selected customers and market segments in line with the marketing and brand strategies.

Job Responsibilities�



  • Work collaboratively with a diverse team to create, manage and execute integrated marketing strategies.



  • Steer the development of innovative strategic marketing campaigns that meet sales objectives.



  • Scheduling and planning innovative marketing campaigns with clear objectives and measurement.



  • Monitor and track campaigns, analyze the results and recommend appropriate improvements.



  • Communicate tactical offers and promotions to relevant audiences in a timely and effective way to maximize effectiveness.



  • Understand the customer point of view, initiate ideas and projects to improve the customer experience within brand guidelines.



  • Some travel required.

    Minimum Requirements�



  • Good working knowledge of planning and implementation of marketing campaigns ? incorporating both online (inc. email, online ads, social media, SEO) and offline marketing techniques (inc. direct mail, advertising & PR).



  • Have experience of working within brand guidelines.



  • Understand customer profiles and segments and applying them to all communications and campaigns.



  • Knowledgeable in the fundamentals of advertising, (research, account management, and media planning, and creative) as well understanding the process and production of marketing communication in print, TV, web, public relations, sales promotion, direct response, event, sponsorship, and customer service.




  • Requires excellent written and verbal communications.

  • Ability to effectively work under tight deadlines and manage projects independently.

  • Resourcefulness in solving problems.


  • Excellent people skills and an upbeat and enthusiastic attitude.

  • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.

  • Strong computer skills.


  • Superior professionalism and judgment.



  • Five or more years of experience in program development and marketing.

  • Prior association and/or international markets experience desired but not necessary.

  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field is required.
