Responsible for supporting the Sales Director across multiple functions to help achieve financial and strategic initiative goals set for The Home Depot business. Implement strategy for key initiatives at The Home Depot. Additional core responsibilities include management of Field Sales Team and external Sales Representatives. Work directly with THD Merchandising Execution Team with in store activities. Design strategy, develop and implement all field activities.

The office location is in the Smyrna area. 



What we offer

Manage Key Initiative Project internally with direct execution in the field.
Create and plan in-store projects and organize execution by collaborating with Henkel marketing and both internal and external field teams.
Actively participate in the preparation and execution of key Depot meetings throughout the year including, but not limited to, monthly merchandising meetings, PLRs, top-to-top meetings, demo days, etc.
 Lead the Regional Sales Team across multiple functions including meeting preparation, data generation and analysis, project planning and strong communication of account level initiatives to ensure seamless implementation at the field level.
Ability to travel for corporate meetings, market visits, MAE events, RVP walks, Management Meetings or other that may be necessary to the business or for professional development.


Who we are looking for

Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
3+ years Sales or Marketing experienceCPG industry highly desirable with Home Center and Home Depot account experience a plus.
Position must be located out of Atlanta GA Sales Office (Smyrna)
Excellent organizational and time management skillsStrong communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook a must.
