Job Title: Key Account Manager
Responsible To: President of Regional Headquarters
Responsible For: The development of profitable business relationships with direct and indirect customers based on the company strategy and objectives.
The Position
The head office is in Hong Kong and regional offices in New York, Rotterdam, London, Frankfurt, Cologne, Paris, Madrid, Milan and Tokyo, and two R&D facilities, one in Paderborn Germany, and the other in Hong Kong.
This position is based in the North American Headquarters in East Rutherford, NJ.

· You will be expected to achieve your monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets which will be agreed with you prior to the start of every year.
· You will build very close working relationships with clients, direct and indirect with the clear objective of making the Traxon and e:cue brands the preferred choice of all specification and design customers.
· You will be expected to spend 80% of your time out of the office in face to face meetings. Travel is a key part of the job and overnight stays may be required.
· You will be responsible for your own lead generation and appointment making.
· You must possess drive, motivation and acute attention to detail in ensuring that all sales and project opportunities for both the Traxon and e:cue brands are captured and explored.
· You will actively manage the sales process from lead generation, through to qualifications and brief acquisition before handing on to the project management team for specification and project management.
· You will be targeted to arrange CPD presentations to present Traxon and e:cue brands to the specification market via professional and structured Customer group meetings.
· Managing and maintaining a pipeline and ensuring all sales administration is current using Netsuite On-Line CRM software.
· Create and be accountable for all customer presentations, proposals contracts and any other documentation following Traxon Technologies procedure and process.
· You will work as a team with the other Regional Sales Managers and Project Managers in the regional offices.
· To practice Simplicity, Flexibility and Innovation in everything that you do on behalf of Traxon Technologies.
· You will be expected to keep abreast of developments in the lighting and lighting control marketplace and feedback competitor activity to your line manager and marketing departments.
