PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop annual sales plans and strategies for all Plastic products (KVP®, HabasitLINK®, Spirals, etc.) sales within given geographic area in conjunction with Sales and Regional Manager to ensure plan receives proper sales and marketing focus for successful execution.
Use HSS (Habasit Solution Selling) to grow opportunities within target accounts.
The KAM should spend the majority of their time making direct sales calls on the targeted OEMs, Corporate HQ, and strategic End Users.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
Involves and informs all appropriate departments of all opportunities and issues affecting sales.
Discern the requirement for product application engineering at the company and customer level and manage projects through to completion.
Directs all efforts and activities at targeted accounts and industries as needed to grow market share.
Document all activities using SalesLogix data base in a timely and professional manor.
Share information across geographic boundaries relating to opportunities and projects.
Understands the OEM, User, and Distribution channel and how each relates to the success of all Plastic products.
SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare presentations to the appropriate management groups to explain market position and initiatives.
Provides information to corporate management by recapping promotional activity; reporting business opportunities, results, trends, and competitive information.Provide support as needed to local Fabric KAM and Distributors to ensure overall growth of all Plastic product lines.
