As part of the Key Account Management team, you will be responsible for protecting and growing Henkel’s Semiconductor Packaging Adhesive business with assigned customers located in Phoenix AZ, Northern California, and Southern California. While it's preferred to have the selected candidate based out of the Irvine, CA office, this role can be home-based for candidates living in the Phoenix, AZ or Northern California regions. 


 


What we offer (Responsibilities)


Responsible for the global coordination of sales and technical activities to support the sales plan as well as helping to generate and communicate our delivered value.Creation of strategic account plans, making sales calls to assigned customers’ corporate headquarters and key development sites.Execute Business Reviews as well as handle Requests for ProposalsIdentify and resolve issues encountered by our customers or by Henkel’s management, marketing, manufacturing, product development, or technical services teams.Delivering annual sales and profit objectives set by the business. Delivering annual sales and profit objectives set by the business.Development of a strategic plan consistent with business objectives Effectively manage key accounts with focus on providing technical sales support and saturating business potential within the account base.Formulation and execution of a regularly updated written account strategy and forecast.Responsible for timely and accurate administrative tasks supporting the account strategy including qualification and implementation of products to customer requirements, forecast updates, follow up of the results of samples delivered to customer, preparation of monthly reports, and overall customer satisfaction.Continuously update professional selling and leadership skills to keep pace with the daily use of business software and communication equipment and to acquire and maintain an in depth knowledge of Henkel products and their application in customer processes.

Qualification:

Who we are looking for


Bachelor’s Degree in a technical or business discipline required.Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical, Electrical, or Materials Engineering is preferred.5+ years technical (sales or engineering) background in Semiconductor industry is requiredExperience in working with global key accounts in the semiconductor packaging industry preferred. Ability to travel 40% domestically and internationally.Experience working with cross-functional teams preferred.Outstanding presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Up-to-date computer skills including\: strong literacy in Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
