This is an awesome opportunity for someone with large career aspirations.  The company is a locally owned coop with many long term employees and huge potential to move up within the company.  They are looking for someone with a strong seed sales background and experience selling crop protection.  They prefer someone with a farm background, at least 2 years experience and 4 year ag degree.  This person will be taking over a $4 million territory which was previously covered by the superstar of the sales staff until he moved on to bigger and better things.  The manager is known for his flexible management style, allowing his people the freedom to work their territory their own way.
