The Kiosk Representative is located in the Northgate Mall and is responsible for making sales in a retail environment to acquire new residential customers for Comcast including Digital Cable, High-Speed Internet, and Comcast Digital Voice.
The position is responsible to meet/exceed minimum performance and customer service expectations set by the area management. The individual is responsible to sell new prospects and upgrade existing Comcast customers' products and services. Must have the ability to provide clear sales presentations and answer questions regarding cable television services, programming, and product pricing and scheduling installation. This individual must be sales oriented with a strong focus on customer service.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB BUT NOT LIMITED TO: 1) Effectively and accurately communicate product value, benefits and sales offerings. 2) Must be very professional, display strong Sales skills as well the ability to provide excellent customer service. 3) Must be a self starter and self motivated with the ability to work independently including opening and closing retail site. 4) Responsible for securing all Comcast property. 5) Maintain professional appearance of displays through proper presentation, arranging and cleaning. 6) Report daily sales to ensure achievement to goals. 7) Other duties assigned. 8) Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance.
