Position Description:

As a Kitchen and Bath Designer you will complete an average of three pre-set appointments a day.  You will be responsible for introducing our company and products, designing, measuring, estimating, negotiating the bid, generating the contract, and closing the sale.

Requirements:

·        Proven ability to close sales

·        Excellent communication skills

·        Must have reliable transportation

·        Must be available evenings and weekends

·        Must feel comfortable working on commission

Compensation: 

Commission based salary.  The average commission is $65,000 to $75,000 annually.  The top 30% of Sales Representatives are earning an annual income exceeding $100,000.
