We are currently searching for a talented, professional Knowledge Management Advisor to join our team in IRAQ!


About the Job


 


Knowledge Management Advisor - Promote knowledge sharing throughout the government agency by strengthening links between knowledge sharing and information systems.


Manages database development and maintenance for intelligence analytical efforts, systems, web portals and intelligence production.


Provides oversight to information management procedures to improve intelligence flow, sharing and usability.


Reviews and provides recommendations on software and hardware modifications or changes from an information management perspective. Researches technical solutions and product specifications for intelligence systems enhancements to architecture, databases and information flow.


Provides technical guidance in the resolution of complex intelligence dissemination and data management problems with current implementation; manages, analyzes, and mitigates the impact of changes to government uses of technology on current and projected organizational requirements and work processes.


Responsible for implementing data flow standards and support agency interoperability development.


Job Requirements:




  • 5 years experience performing in position of Information Management or Knowledge Management at enterprise, theater level; Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems or related fields, required, non-waiver able.


  • Experience in and excellent understanding of enterprise level information system requirements, design, capabilities and limitations, and replication/information sharing when working in a complex operational environment; experience in and ability to architect detailed, large network information flow structure on a heterogeneous network utilizing multiple enterprise databases; understanding of large network communications architectures and how they affect information sharing between enterprise database implementations; excellent understanding of intelligence information flow, collection, tasking, processing, exploitation and dissemination. 


  • Desired qualifications extensive background, implementing web information sharing technologies like Microsoft SharePoint and implementation or system level experience with any of following: CIDNE, DCGS-A, QueryTree, PathFinder, M3, Harmony.

The candidate must be a U.S Citizen with a Top Secret/SCI clearance.
