Description:  Responsible for production of all catalog and print material promoting law enforcement products.  Promotes law enforcement brand and products at trade events and other venues.

The Position:

1. Responsible for directing production of L.E. print media including catalog
   
   
   
   1. Manages the preparation of project schedules, production specifications, and project status updates.
      
   2. Reviews quality and approves print samples as well as all final products.
      
   3. Ensures the delivery of materials and samples in a timely manner whether in-house or outsourced.
      
   4. May negotiate with third party providers.
   
   
2. Responsible for ensuring print media reflects L.E. Brand
   
   
   
   1. Selects, edits and approves material for various organization publications.
      
   2. Ensures that all materials meet established standards as to appearance and content.
      
   3. Responsible for the development and selection of new products for inclusion in marketing media.
      
   4. Evaluates effectiveness of content and adjusts accordingly
      
   5. Works with Marketing Shared Resources personnel to reinforce the look and feel of the employer in all print media.
   
   
3. Coordinates promotions for L.E.
   
   
   
   1. Plans, recommends and implements promotions and events that are designed to increase sales and provide publicity for L.E. and its product line.
      
   2. Works with PR Manager to ensure timely delivery of high quality promotional media
      
   3. Establishes and track promotion budgets and plan for purchases.
      
   4. Participates in the selection of promotional items and materials to support promotional events.
   
   
4. Participates in product identification and selection
   
   
   
   1. Researches, identifies and evaluates potential new products.
      
   2. Works with Marketing Analyst to evaluate performance of L.E. products and identifies opportunities that will grow revenue
      
   3. Responsible for providing catalog and web site personnel all data necessary regarding what is currently for sale and in which product category it belongs.
   
   
5. Works with E-Commerce Manager to ensure quality of content for L.E. International website
   
   
   
   1. Acts as product expert, providing the right level of detail and ensuring the accuracy and availability of content on the L.E. websites.
      
      
      
      1. Collaborates with web site merchandiser in the selection process for products and specials to be included in e-mail campaigns.
      
      
   2. Coordinates inclusion of new products, news, and special offers on websites.
   
   
6. Responsible for demonstrating the employers’ values and for enforcing the employers’ policies and procedures.

Basic Qualifications:

• B.A. in Marketing, Sales, or equivalent level of education and experience
  
• Solid understanding of law enforcement products and market brand
  
• Excellent leadership abilities
  
• Ability to identify professional development opportunities for subordinates and demonstrate support for performance coaching
  
• Good communication skills
  
• Good organizational and project management skills
