• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting. If no Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting, must have a Master's in Finance or Accounting
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance required
• Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience (leading and managing a team preferably in a manufacturing environment)
• Minimum of 1 year of capital projects, capitalization and inventory analysis are essential

• Must have the ability to communicate & coordinate multiple assignments
• Knowledge of all phases of financial and cost accounting and its functional relationship to manufacturing operations preferred.
• Good team building skills, administrative skills and excellent verbal and communication skills are required. In addition, must possess presentation skills and the ability to problem solve
