A leading Giftware/Table Top manufacturer/distributor currently has an opening for a Lead Customer Service Specialist at our North Bergen location.
Responsibilities include: answering customer inquiries regarding product availability and pricing; assisting customers with product selection and design; following up on account shipments; and performing other administrative tasks related to the position. Other duties include assisting the Customer Service Manager in any/all special projects and helping supervise day-to-day operations.
The successful candidate for this position must be self-motivated and organized; possess excellent interpersonal, communication, and computer skills and have a demonstrated track record of successfully applying those skills on the job. You should have experience in customer service, sales, administration, and supervision. Work experience in Giftware/Table Top industries and MAS200 are a plus.
