Lean/Kaizen Technical Support Coordinator The strength of Cummins Filtration is our ability to integrate filtration and insert molding expertise to meet the needs of even the most unique applications. Over the years this has resulted in custom solutions for a wide range of products and systems. Currently, we have the following position: Lean/Kaizen Technical Support Coordinator Responsibilities Provide training support for Lean/Kaizen Facilitate team improvements and ensure implementation of remedial actions Test new and different work methods, techniques and motivate employees to embrace new approaches Complete ergonomic work site assessment studies Collect data/develop sampling strategies with Lean/Kaizen leaders on ad hoc basis Facilitate team improvement initiatives and implement remedial actions to sustain improvements Knowledgeable of manufacturing, product flows & processes Skills Required Knowledge of 5S methodologies Flexibility to work any shift required to conduct training, test fixtures, conduct trials, etc. Ability to develop and conduct training Ability to assess and measure effectiveness of training Ability to work in cross functional work teams with diversified team members& facilitate group discussions of Lean/Kaizen Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in use of measurement instruments (tape measure, stop watch, etc.) Expertise in improving product flows Proficient in use-Microsoft Office Certified trainer is a plus Lean Knowledge, Mechanical Ability and Product Knowledge are pluses Qualified candidates should submit resumes to: Human Resources, Cummins Filtration 2150 Industrial Drive, P.O.
