This position provides customer service, technical support, and training for the day-to-day operation, maintenance, usage, and administration of Learning Management and/or Talent Management Systems.
Principal Accountabilities
- Serve as the primary point of day to day contact between clients and LearnShare
- Provide technical support/End User Troubleshooting - resolving issues related to system or course performance and tracking; second level resolver on user access issues.
- Consult with clients to define solutions to issues, and reporting requirements.
- Maintain system configuration, user interface look-and-feel, site permissions, content, and access
- Provide training to client system administrators via web conference tools (i.e. Webex/AdobeConnect)
- Manage case tracking/application issues list with clients, and work with development team to resolve.
- Work with clients, business partners and participants to manage enrollments and communications to participants and follow-up to ensure quality execution of training.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years experience working in a technical help desk environment or bachelors degree in IT related field
- Excellent teamwork, verbal and written communication skills (including the ability to explain technical concepts in non-technical terms)
- Excellent Project and time management skills
- Comfortable working in a rapidly changing environment
- Customer service mindset
- Ability to work effectively with all levels of management, staff, customers, and vendors
- Strong attention to detail, critical thinking and analysis skills
- Available for minimal travel as business requires
The following qualifications are a "plus":
- Comptia A+ or MCP certifications
- Prior experience managing an LMS system or web applications
- Working knowledge of HTML/JavaScript, Microsoft SQL Database(TSQL)
- Knowledge of SCORM and AICC courseware standards
