Currently we are seeking Logistics/Procurement Specialist I to work in our ISS Division 

( http://www.scires.com/divisions/iss.htm ) in beautiful, historic Charleston, SC. 

Candidate will be part of a team responsible for the logistics (procurement, contract & configuration management) support for the JWICS upgrade project. Candidate will provide technical and administrative support as needed and directed by the project PM as follows:

• Identify and track equipment requirements to support the JWICS Network implementation and integration.
• Submit requirements to SPAWAR contracting using proper Navy approved contract vehicles (ITMART, NETCENTS, etc.).
• Provide short-notice material equipment procurements required to support network integration and installations. 
• Generate and provide and incidental material in list format to be included into requirements documentation.
• Maintain shipping and tracking and inventory of all purchased program equipment. 
• Provide equipment database support as needed in support of material tracking, integration, and installations.
• Provides reports, quotations, and other documentation to SPAWAR project managers on a monthly basis.
• Responsible for all procurements including DOD contract and government credit card purchasing.
•  Assisted program managers with technical, configuration management, and logistics support involving acquisition, inventory and equipment tracking through total life cycle.
