We are seeking experienced LPN's with a compassion for providing the ultimate in resident care.  As an instrumental part of the entire care plan team your role is vital to insure the ultimate resident and patient safety/satisfaction.  This is for the  evening or night shift and is full time. 

Performs the functions of LPN to ensure resident/patient care safety and satisfaction. Assumes charge nurse responsibilities as assigned. Reports to Registered Nurse/CCM in charge.

• Valid NYS LPN license
  
• Previous experience working with geriatric population required.
  
• Graduate of an approved program in practical nursing.
  
• Requires every other weekend commitment.
