Regal Plams, an upscale ALF in Largo, is seeking 3 LPNS for their 2-10pm shift.

As the LPN/LVN, you are delegated the administrative authority, responsibility and accountability necessary for carrying out your assigned duties. You report directly to the Director of Nursing.
Primary Responsibilities:
•Assist, perform, and supervise nursing care services within the nursing department in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and established policies.
•Assist in performing, coordinating, directing, and maintaining comprehensive nursing care services to ensure continuity and quality care.
•Maintain an excellent working relationship with other departments and assist to coordinate the care provided which assures that resident needs are met.
Minimum Requirements:
•Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)/Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN).
•Must exhibit skills in effective communication, policies, education, community relations, and nursing services as they relate to resident care.
•Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with co-workers, personnel, residents, family members, government agencies and the general public.
•Must be willing to maintain safe work habits and in accordance with safety policies of the facility at all times.
