Select Nursing Services has been in business for over 20 years serving the Louisville Metro area.  We provide supplemental staffing to skilled nursing/extended-care facilities 24 hours a day, seven days a week. 

We are currently looking for skilled LPN's for 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts.  We offer flexible hours.  You can begin working today! 

To complete an application, you must have worked in a facility for at least six months and must bring the following:

• $20 in cash for a statewide criminal background check
• Up-to-date copy of your license
• Up-to-date copies of your PPD and CPR
• Two forms of I.D., i.e., drivers license and social security card
