Job Responsibilities:

• Provide daily customer service to users of lab equipment.
• Organize and maintain lab equipment and documentation.
  
• Ensure proper handling and use of lab equipment including inventory, check in/out, and maintenance of lab equipment.
  
• Ensure all lab equipment is accessible, in working condition, and with accurate documentation.
  
• Assignment of requests to make sure they deliver fast and excellent customer service to Engineers.
  
• Coordination of requests cross-site which includes shipping equipment to other labs and working with other LAs on solutions.
• Simple machine setups.
  
• Assorted administrative tasks - organization of labs, PO management, meeting arrangements, RMAs

Requirements:

Lab Engineer Qualifications:

• MCSE or MCP or A+ Certification (preferred)
  
• General knowledge of personal computers, applications software and MS operating systems
  
• KVM Switches
  
• OS Set up and Deployment
  
• Bonus Skill: Maddog
