Labor Attorney - Contract Position
HIRECounsel has an immediate need for attorneys with 3+ of labor law experience for document review. This is a national firm with a downtown location. This work involves some labor litigtion and collective bargaining. Collective bargaining and representation election issues particularly decertification issues. To be considered you must meet the following criteria - - You MUST be licensed to practice in Georgia (active & in good standing)
- You must have labor (not employment) experience
- The project is expected to last 2+ months
