About the Job
Position is with a major US based employer with domestic and global operations, both manufacturing and commercial businesses. The position is equivalent to a Plant Labor Relations Manager or Labor Specialist Position and does have a high potential succession plan as part of the attractiveness of the opportunity.
POSITION REQUIRES: a four year degree and five(5) to eight(8) years+ of experience in a union environment in which good career progression has been achieved.
Candidates living in Connecticut or surrounding states(New England) ideal. If you live elsewhere and have roots in Connecticut or neighboring state, that could work also.
COMPENSATION RANGE is at 100K+ level. Can be flexible on base.
