 Laboratory Assistant

 

NeoGenomics  is a specialized genetics laboratory providing the latest diagnostic testing technologies to the pathology and oncology communities.

Staffed with specially trained hematopathologists and cytogenetic professionals, NeoGenomics Laboratories offers testing in cancer genetics, flow cytometry, immunohistochemistry and molecular diagnostics through its network of regional laboratories.

We are currently searching for Laboratory Assitant to join our team in Fort Myers, FL!

 In this position, you will perform variety of laboratory support functions including:

• Maintaining laboratory records and files.
• Preparing karyotypes
• Monitoring and stocks supplies.
• Performing sterilization of materials
• Archiving slides and cases from digital imaging system.
• Organizing laboratory data and generating graphs.

 

Qualifications include a bachelor's degree in chemical, physical or biological sciences and one to two  years pertinent full time laboratory experience.
