About the Job

Rapid Micro Biosystems, a venture-funded company, provides innovative products for faster detection of microbial contamination in the manufacture of pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and personal care products.

The Company’s Growth Direct™ System detects contamination earlier, delivering compelling economic benefits to manufacturers, while improving their quality process. The system greatly reduces testing time by using proprietary digital imaging technology to replace detection by the human eye.

The Growth Direct System was commercialized in 2008 and is in use at several pharmaceutical companies. Rapid Micro Biosystems has an aggressive growth plan which includes global placement of The Growth Direct System as a replacement for classical methods and expansion of the product offering for pharmaceutical, biotech and personal care product companies.
