The candidate will manage laboratory operations for analytical programs primarily focused on protein characterization and protein product development.  You must be goal-driven and thrive in a fast-paced, challenging workplace that requires simultaneous management of multiple project teams and multiple clients while solving technical problems and meeting tight deadlines.

The ideal candidate will have working knowledge of biochemistry, analytical chemistry, and/or protein chemistry with 3+ years experience supervising technical teams in industry.  In-depth experience with cGMP compliance requirements (FDA, EMEA) in the biotech industry is a must.

Strong leadership skills as well as exceptional judgment, attention to detail, focus, communication and writing skills are also critically important.
