Delta American Fuel LLC, a biodiesel producer located in Helena, Arkansas, is seeking qualified candidates to oversee its final product quality testing and process control.  Candidates must have first hand knowledge of using testing instruments and executing testing methods--though not necessarily first hand knowledge of all of the methods required for biodiesel.  First hand experience with biodiesel itself is a plus, but is not required.

Basic duties of position are:

1) To have, or acquire, a deep knowledge of all testing requirements for biodiesel, glycerin, and the inputs used to produce these two products;

2) Oversee the quality of end products produced through transesterification;

3) Aid operators in making determinations about adjustments that need to be made mid-process to insure that quality biodiesel is being produced;

4) Perform R&D testing to aid engineers in refining the biodiesel production process.

Knowledge concerning oilseed processing, lipid processing, oleochemicals, soaps, and/or surfactant is a plus.
