Laboratory Supervisor Blood Bank Medical technologist
Five years of medical technology experience which must include four years in a supervisory capacity.
A bachelor’s degree in medical technology or one of the major related sciences
Blood bank experience, antibody identification, blood bank instrumentation, procedure writing along with reviewing SOPs.
Must be ASCP certified
Provide leadership, technical support to staff and customer service
Technical support to other lab coordinators, managers and other departments
Help developing policies/procedures, and identifies capital equipment needs
Help preparing salary and non-salary budget projections and ensuring all activities
comply with regulatory guidelines.
