Currently, we are seeking a Laboratory Technician to join our dynamic team!

Job Description:

The Laboratory Technician will provide technical support to the Product Line Management Group in the form of product inspection, product validation and product technical service.

Job Duties:

• Inspect incoming product prior to receipt for inventory to insure pre-written design specifications are met.
• Provide technical input to the product management team in the product development arena by field testing and providing technical opinions on design technical performance.
• Input will be from an end-user perspective as well as compared to marketing specification.
• Provide product technical information to Customer Service in answer to customer inquiries when needed.
• Test incoming product returns to determine product disposition and report findings to Purchasing and the Product Manager.
• Capable of operating various lab test equipment
• Coordinate the calibration activities with outside vendors.
• Store, organize and maintain all test and validation data.
• Review, recommend and purchase new lab equipment.

Job Requirements:

• Associates Degree
• Minimum 3 years Lab Tech experience
• Ability to operate the following:
  • Cadex battery analyzer
  • Chatillon Digital Force Tester
  • Basic Lab equipment
• Basic soldering skills
• Strong comprehension of computer interfacing with test equipment
• Knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
