Work in a quality control testing laboratory, testing dietary supplements for protein content, vitamins, amino acids, and microbial content.  instrumentation such as HPLC, GC and FTIR will fill your day.  The laboratory tech will be involved in the identification of raw materials, microbiology testing and protein analysis. .  The Quality Control testing is to ensure FDA requirements are met.  If you are hard working and have an Associate’s Degree in any physical/life science or 5 years lab experience we would like to hear from you.
