Landscape Architecture Degree is a plus.
Training of crew members and supervisors/foreman - Total Company
Responsible for the following Duties including, but not limited to:
Direct and manage, through planning, coordination, supervision, all aspects of enhancements & installation projects to achieve the targeted growth and profit goals
Submit promptly all worksheets and other job costing data for billing
Handling of all purchases related to flowers & enhancements for installation/maint. crews
Communications with design & sales managers to coordinate job requirements
Production management including efficiency tracking & quality inspection reporting
Maintain relationships with clients through effective communication to ensure their satisfaction
Maintain safety on each project
Ensure understanding of project & client expectations prior to the beginning of a job
Monitor labor costs
Maintain accurate and timely reports
Meet company sales quota on small and medium projects
Production scheduling for 3-5 installation crews
Communications with design & sales managers to coordinate job requirements
Production management including efficiency tracking & quality inspection reporting
Ensure understanding of project & client expectations prior to the beginning of a jobTraining of crew members and supervisors/foreman - Total Company
Coordinate purchasing of plant and job materials
Other Duties as determined
